Developing great software has always been my passion. With more than 20 years of experience in software design and development, I lead and manage a team of many inspiring software developers at Reservix.
I believe that the best software is built by teams who care — about the craft, about the user, and about each other. My work is focused on people leadership: growing engineers, building strong teams, and creating an environment where great software happens.
Based in Freiburg, I'm always open to connecting with like-minded people who are passionate about technology and building meaningful things.
